Through the sacred year on Siddula Gutta — from the great Shivaratri Jatara to the holy month of Karthika.
Magha month (Feb–Mar)
The temple's grandest festival. Thousands of devotees climb Siddula Gutta for night-long jagarana and darshan of the Swayambhu lingam, with the Giri Pradakshina drawing families from across the region.

By tradition, the annual Brahmotsavam unfolds over four days, each with its own sacred rite.
The utsavam opens with Ganga Puja, invoking the sacred waters to sanctify the shrine and the days that follow.
The Sri Rudram is chanted as the Swayambhu lingam receives an elaborate abhisheka of sacred substances.
The celestial wedding of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati is performed at night amid song and lamplight.
The observance culminates in Agni Pravesham, completing the four-day cycle of worship.
The holy month of Shiva worship, marked by special abhishekams, deepa aradhana and heightened footfall.
