Sevas & Poojas

Offerings and rituals lovingly performed for Lord Siddeswara Swami

The Spirit of Seva

Every Offering, a Prayer

In the Shaiva tradition, seva — heartfelt service and offering — is the devotee's gentlest path to draw near to the Lord. Whether it is the abhishekam that bathes the swayambhu lingam, a single bilva leaf laid at His feet, or a contribution towards annadanam, the Lord receives each offering not by its measure but by the bhakti behind it.

Devotees sponsor sevas to mark birthdays, weddings and vows fulfilled, or simply to place a wish before Siddeswara Swami. The offerings below are performed in the ancient manner of the hill; the temple archakas guide each ritual with care.
